All Levels Yoga - Mon/Fri 5:30-6:30 & Tues/Thurs 2:00-3:00
In All Levels Yoga you will be led through a well-rounded practice of yoga postures, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. Based in the tradition of Hatha Yoga, this class combines elements of the time-tested practice with contemporary awareness of physiology and integrative health. All classes are instructed by Summer.
Zumba Fitness - Thursdays 5:30-6:30 & Saturdays 10:00-11:00 am
This class is designed to bring people together to sweat! We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Zumba is exercise in disguise. Thursday is instructed by Kem, Saturdays by Emily.

Hip Hop Dance - Tuesdays 5:30-6:30
Come and get your groove on with the fabulous Alli Smith, who's passion is sharing her love of hip hop dancing! This class is appropriate for beginners and experienced dancers alike. She will lead you through a warm up and a new routine each class.
Goddess Dance - Wednesdays 6:45-7:45
Drawing on the styles of modern dance, zumba, yoga and qigong, this class is a unique blend of empowering and recharging movement styles. You will feel reconnected to yourself in the most exhilarating and heart centered way after Goddess Dance Class. It's an experience like no other that every woman needs. Come feed your soul! Little's Creative Movement - Mondays 5:20-5:50 and Mondays 6:00-6:30 (two separate classes and routines)
Creative dance teaches basic motor skills with a variety of music and props which enhance self-awareness, control, and coordination. In class, dancers are provided with the opportunity to use their imagination, creativity, and self-expression while developing skills that are the building blocks of all movement and dance activities. Class is led by Kendall Scott.
Kids Hip Hop - Tuesdays 4:15-5:00/5:15
This class is designed as an introduction to Hip Hop dance. It's a fun class where kids will learn coordination, rhythm, and how to GROOVE! Hip Hop choreography and freestyle dance promotes confidence. Class is taught by Alli Smith, who has over ten years of hip hop dance experience.
Kids Jazz - Wednesdays 4:15-5:00
One of the most popular and well known forms of dance. Jazz dance includes strength, flexibility and conditioning technique and progressions including turns, kicks and leaps. In a jazz class the dancers also learn many fun and trendy dance steps that are used for all forms of dance. It's a wonderful class to get a well rounded variety of dance steps. Dancers will learn choreography to popular and age appropriate music of today. This is a perfect class to start your dance training. Class is led by Summer.
Kids Contemporary - Thursdays 4:15-5:00
Contemporary is a blend of ballet and jazz. It's a luscious and technical style that includes a lot of modern dance and floor work. Class is led by Summer.
Diva Dance Classes - Monday 4:15, Monday 6:45, Wednesday 5:15, Wednesday 6:45, Thursday 5:15, Thursday 6:45, Friday 6:45
The Diva's is a sisterhood of women of all ages, sizes and dance experience. We welcome you and would love to share in the love of dance with you! Classes are 1.25 hours long. Each class time listed above is a different routine. You choose what works best for your schedule. Various instructors.
