Restorative Yoga - Chakra Series
Come deeply nourish and nurture yourself with the ultimate in self-care.
This practice creates a luxurious fusion of restorative yoga, aromatherapy and mindfulness meditation. Restorative yoga not only stimulates the body more than a typical yoga class, but it increases circulation and provides a myofascial release, allowing the body to deeply relax into the positions. This is an opportunity to access a spa experience at a more accessible price. The poses are accompanied by the use of props, like bolsters, blankets, blocks, straps, sand bags and eye pillows to help you become completely comfortable in each pose.
The theme of each workshop is based on one of the seven chakras. Each week we will explore the qualities and affects of the specific chakra, then through meditation, deep relaxation, and gentle poses that open the body, we will work on clearing energetic blockages and integrate the healing qualities into our bodies, minds and spirits.
This class series is offered Wednesdays & Fridays (respectively) 7:00-8:30 March 31st - May 14th.
Moon Magic Women's Circles
(Bi-monthly gatherings)
Working rituals at the time of different phases of the moon can bring about physical or psychological change/transformation... MAGIC!
These rituals have historically occurred on or around the full moon and the new moon. These circles are intended for woman to gather in community and support for one another.
I will guide you through a short gentle movement, breath-work or meditation intended to get you grounded. We will then join in sharing and connecting to one another and discussion about the moon phase and the astrological sign that it is in - how we may be affected by these energies and ultimately harness the energy for our growth and success.
I invite you to bring:
a totem or relic that you would like to represent your current situation.
a treat to share (tea, snacks, etc).
a journal.
Let's gather in sisterhood and manifest our dreams into reality!

We will use sound to move towards silence, just like yoga asana is the movement into stillness. The workshop will also include some gentle and basic yoga asana to move toward stillness, feeling refreshed and connected to your heart space.
Workshops are 5:00-7:00 every other Sunday (check the schedule tab for dates).
Class held by Sam Ellis. Refer to the 'teacher bio' tab in the menu bar to find out more about him.
Women's Emotional Healing Circle
(Monthly Workshops)
The healing power of gathering in a circle as a collective has been a long known tradition in many cultures. Combining the collective consciousness of the divine feminine energy, women can come together in a sacred healing space to connect and practice deep listening, compassion, and support, while deepening themselves. In a time when we feel disconnected, the importance of gathering in a circle is more important than ever. While practicing tapping; a powerful wholistic healing technique that combines acupressure and modern psychology, we will release deep emotional wounds. While gently tapping on the meridian endpoints of the body and focusing on an emotional imbalance, tapping sends calming signals to the brain that allows you to neutralize the feeling, leaving you feeling calm and in control.
