All Levels Yoga - Tues/Thurs 2:00-3:00 & Fridays 5:30-6:30 - Instructed by Summer Fry
In All Levels Yoga you will be led through a well-rounded practice of yoga postures, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. Based in the tradition of Hatha Yoga, this class combines elements of the time-tested practice with contemporary awareness of physiology and integrative health.
Yoga Flow - Mondays 5:30-6:30 - Instructed by Katy Nicholls
This class is rooted in vinyasa yoga, but weaves together elements of dance choreography set to music, meditation, breathwork, Pilates, and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). The class is physical - you will get a workout - but with the moves set to music it will feel more like fun! Expect to feel strong, graceful, and fluid. As you flow with your breath, unlock stuck/trapped energy so you can be free of old limiting beliefs!
Zumba Fitness - Thursdays 5:30-6:30 - Instructed by Kemberly Todd & Saturdays 10:00-11:00 am - Instructed by Emily Do
This class is designed to bring people together to sweat! We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Zumba is exercise in disguise.

Little's Creative Movement - Mondays 5:20-5:50 and Mondays 6:00-6:30 (two separate classes and routines) - Instructed by Kendall Scott
Creative dance teaches basic motor skills with a variety of music and props which enhance self-awareness, control, and coordination. In class, dancers are provided with the opportunity to use their imagination, creativity, and self-expression while developing skills that are the building blocks of all movement and dance activities.
Kids Hip Hop - Tuesdays 4:15-5:00/5:15 - Instructed by Alli Smith
This class is designed as an introduction to Hip Hop dance. It's a fun class where kids will learn coordination, rhythm, and how to GROOVE! Hip Hop choreography and freestyle dance promotes confidence.
Diva Dance Classes - Monday 4:15, Monday 6:45, Wednesday 5:15, Wednesday 6:45, Thursday 5:15, Thursday 6:45, Friday 6:45
The Diva's is a sisterhood of women of all ages, sizes and dance experience. We welcome you and would love to share in the love of dance with you! Classes are 1.25 hours long. Each class time listed above is a different routine. You choose what works best for your schedule. Various instructors.
