Kundalini Yoga is a yoga for householders, for people who have to cope with the daily challenges and stresses of holding jobs, raising families, and managing businesses. It is a path for everyone who wants the skills to cope successfully with the challenges of our times. Kundalini Yoga is an uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices. Kundalini Yoga incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras, such as Sat Nam, meaning “truth is my identity.”
Chair Yoga makes yoga accessible to everyone, everywhere. You don’t have to get down on the floor, you don’t need special clothes, and you don’t need any special equipment. Whether you need some quick stretches you can do at your desk at work, or a comprehensive exercise program that you can do from a chair, Chair Yoga offers benefits to help you feel better, move better, and live better.
MiYo (Mindful Yoga)
In this class we use slow, mindful movements to achieve powerful effects in terms of strength, flexibility, and holistic integration of body and mind. With somatic education being the basis for these lessons, we practice functional movements of daily life, such as walking efficiently, getting up and down from the ground and improving one’s posture in sitting or standing. You can expect in a class to walk, stand, and lie on the floor in a variety of comfortable positions: either on your back, front, or side. The teacher guides students through a sequence of movements, encouraging them to move with gentle attention within a comfortable range. You may become aware of unexpected and interesting connections within and between the movements. As you attend to the improving quality of movement, unnecessary muscular tensions throughout the body can reorganize and release. Students are often amazed at the quick and clear changes that occur through the neuromuscular repatterning that happens in a Somatics based class.
Yoga basics is perfect for absolute beginners and anyone looking to strengthen the foundation of their existing yoga practice.
Muscle tension and stress lead to muscle aching and pains. If you wish to avoid or treat these symptoms in a natural, healthy, and non-medication way, this class is for you. A practical and enjoyable path to self-education and improvement. Accessible to all fitness levels.
All Levels Yoga
In All Levels Yoga you will be lead through a well-rounded practice of yoga postures, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. Based in the tradition of Hatha Yoga, this class combines elements of the time-tested practice with contemporary awareness of physiology and integrative health.
Recommended for students with at least 6 months of yoga experience or those in good physical condition with 3 months experience. This class focuses on vinyasa style yoga (connecting breath to movement) building heat strength and flexibility.
Barre Fitness gets you a dancers body without the dancing! An intense and fun workout that combines the best elements of ballet barre, pilates and yoga.

Diva Dance Drop in Classes
An hour packed full of good vibes and sisterly love. Every class routine includes a warmup/stretch, then it’s a one-of-a-kind jazz fusion routine designed to help you let loose, sweat and feel sexy AF!
Hip Hop Drop in Classes
Learning to dance hip hop is not hard! Each class we will learn a short routine that will challenge you and bring you a sense of accomplishment. You'll have fun and get exercise at the same time!
The following performance groups will be performing February 15 & 16 at the Myrtle Creek Dinner Theater for a special Adult Dance Show.
The Hip Hop and Jazz Performance Groups will also perform at the BPA Concert at UCC on February 17 and the BPA Gala at Seven Feathers on February 23.
Diva Dance Performance Group
This is a performance opportunity for adult ladies (16+) who want to experience the exhilaration of performing in front of an audience but you get to choose your audience! This will be an invite only performance at an intimate venue in a comfortable environment (to be determined).
We will work on two or three simple, sexy routines over the course of several months.
Hip Hop Performance Group
This is a performance group for teens and adults. We are working on routines to be performed at Seven Feathers on February 16th and the 23rd as a part of a benefit gala for the BPA. Inquire to find out if there is still time to join.
Jazz Dance Performance Group
Jazz is a catch-all phrase for a great deal of stage- style and popular dancing. Since the beauty and appeal of Jazz lies in its expression and interpretation, there are many different styles within Jazz.

Let's gather in sisterhood and manifest our dreams into reality!
Working rituals at the time of different phases of the moon can bring about physical or psychological change or transformation... MAGIC!
We will gather near the new and full moons, every other Sunday 6:00-8:00. I will guide you through a process of movement, breath-work and meditation intended to let you connect with your inner wisdom and find some clarity.
I invite you to bring a totem for the alter (you will take it home with you), a treat to share (something decadent) and a journal.
Mindful Movement (MiMo)
MiMo - Mindful Movement, is a new way of gaining knowledge and self-awareness through your body. MiMo provides a framework for discovering and strengthening your body and adding flexibility, stamina, and agility while lightening the senses and imagination.
