Zumba Fitness - Wednesdays 5:30-6:30pm & Saturdays 10:00-11:00 am - Instructed by Kemberly Todd
This class is designed to bring people together to sweat! We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Zumba is exercise in disguise.
All Levels Yoga - Tues/Thurs 2:00-3:00 - Instructed by Summer Fry CLASS HELD AT SEPARATE LOCATION 612 SE Jackson St.
In All Levels Yoga you will be led through a well-rounded practice of yoga postures, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. Based in the tradition of Hatha Yoga, this class combines elements of the time-tested practice with contemporary awareness of physiology and integrative health.

Belly Dance Basics - Instructed by Sarah Brame - Thursdays 5:45-6:45pm 05/12-06/23 - $75 for series
This class is a continuation of Belly Dance basics that builds on foundational technique by bringing together the basics into fun combinations and practice drills. Class will focus on technique and combinations while learning a simple choreography with the option to perform at the Summer Art Festival. Classes will include warm up, cool down, and learning a basic choreography to fun and high energy drum piece. Choreography will also include optional layering for more seasoned dancers. Classes will run May 12th- June 23rd for six sessions. There will be no class June 9th.

Little's Creative Movement - Instructed by Summer Fry
Ages 3+ Mondays 5:20-5:50 & Ages 5-7 Mondays 6:00-6:40
Creative dance teaches basic motor skills with a variety of music and props which enhance self-awareness, control, and coordination. In class, dancers are provided with the opportunity to use their imagination, creativity, and self-expression while developing skills that are the building blocks of all movement and dance activities.
Tweens & Teens Hip Hop - Instructed by Alli Smith & Aria Smith - Ages 8+ Thursdays 4:45-6:00
Tween and teen hip hop class will be a fun and unique collaboration of two instructors coming together and utilizing their artistic aspects to create a dance that allows both groups to have their individual time and choreography, while still coming together and creating a piece that shows team work. Instructors Alli and Aria hope to assist students in gaining self confidence and artistic awareness.
Tweens & Teens Contemporary Jazz Dance - Instructed by Summer Fry - Mondays 4:15-5:15pm
Students will learn the basics of jazz and contemporary dance technique. Through repetition and discipline, students will gain strength, flexibility, skills and stage presence.
Diva Hip Hop - Instructed by Alli Smith - Thursdays 6:00-7:15pm
This class will truly show the fun of adult women within dance. This class is geared towards all levels of dancers. All are welcome! We will take a journey through art, music, and hip hop technique/culture while building confidence and having an amazing time!
Diva Jazz Fusion - Instructed by Kendall Scott - Mondays 4:00-5:15 & Mondays 5:30-6:45
Kendall's class will be a mix of hip hop, jazz and sass. Her goal is for everyone to simply have fun! She hopes students will find a confidence in themselves and their movement. She intends to challenge students just enough so that they feel a sense of accomplishment.
Diva Tap Dance - Instructed by Summer Fry - Wednesdays 5:30-6:30pm
Class begins with a warm up that is designed to enhance articulation of the feet, balance, rhythm and musicality. We then move into working on specific tap steps that are integrated into the tap routine to be performed. Some tap dance experience is helpful to join this class but not at all necessary!
Diva Contemporary Dance Classes - Instructed by Summer Fry - Mondays 6:45-8:00pm
Contemporary dance draws on ballet technique and the qualities of fall and recover, shifting weight, turns and jumps. Learn to dance with grace and ease in this class. Suited for beginners and experienced dance students alike.
Diva Jazz Funk - Instructed by Anna Jadanova - Thursdays 7:15-8:30pm
Anna's class starts with a whole-body warm up and will include a little bit of improv. The choreography contains elements of jazz funk, hip hop, and contemporary dance. She will build on each dancer's strengths and artistic contributions to create a fun and eccentric piece.
Diva Sass Classes - Instructed by Summer Fry - Tuesdays 5:15-6:30pm
This dance class is about feeling yourself to the max. If you’ve wanted to walk into a room and feel like you own it, this is for you! Sass, jazz, and hip hop are blended to make a style that brings out confidence and flare from each student. Get ready for kicks, pirouettes, sharp movements and tons of fun dancing to the Paula Abdul song, Cold Hearted Snake! All experience is welcome!
The Burlesque Project - Instructed by Summer Fry - Wednesdays 6:45-8:00pm - $120 for series - 04/06-06/08
Join the new Burlesque Project as we embark on a journey of performing burlesque in the community. We are a new troupe and invite you to have fun with us! We work for several weeks on a routine set for an upcoming performance. You can perform in a group routine or apply for a solo. Get in touch with us!
