With 20 years of experience teaching movement practices and studying mindfulness, my intent is to guide students to move with steadiness, ease, pleasure and joy in a warm and welcoming environment.
My offerings include group classes, workshops, retreats, and private sessions in a variety of dance, yoga & mind body practices. I have extensive training in the dance styles of ballet, jazz, moderns, tap, hip hop and musical theater and have choreographed and directed countless dance and theatrical performances. ~ Feeling comfortable in our bodies breeds confidence and self acceptance. |

Annual Mother's Day Women's Retreat - DEPOSIT

When: Friday, 5/10 4:00 pm – Sunday 5/12 11:00 am
Where: Belknap Hot Springs Resort
Cost: $375 includes accommodations, 3 meals a day, hot springs and activities.
A non-refundable deposit amount of $75 holds your spot. The full amount is due by April 15th. Payment is non-refundable unless the retreat is cancelled by the host. Payments may be transferable to a future if you are unable to attend. SPACE IS LIMITED TO 10 ATTENDEES.
What to Expect: A space carved out of your busy life in which to unwind in a safe and warm environment where self-care is explored through guided group work along with nourishing meals and movement practices.
