How to Dance Like a Diva
How to Dance Like a Diva begins with a warm up that includes classical jazz technique of creating lines and shapes, balancing, turning and kicking. After warm up we will do conditioning and deep stretching followed by across the floor technique. Then a short combination and finally a cool down designed to keep the body supple and healthy.
The class is accessible to all dance levels and designed to make you feel confident, sexy and empowered!
Class is held Saturdays 10:00-11:30 am.
