Come discover what yoga can do for you through the practice of asana, pranayama, mudra and mantra in a beautiful, stress-free environment. If you are new to yoga or already practicing, in this 6-week class with Nanci Pritchard, RYT-500, you'll discover an appreciation for yoga's relaxing and meditative qualities while also promoting physical strength, balance, flexibility and a freeing up of stuck energy in your body.
Yoga Basics and Beyond is a class that is engaging, informative and appropriately challenging for every "body." Please bring a yoga mat and the curiosity to explore where yoga may lead you. See you on the mat!
Nanci Pritchard, RYT-500, received her certification in both Curvy Yoga and Rasa Yoga, and has been teaching yoga and stress management classes in the Roseburg and Glide communities for almost 7 years. Nanci enjoys working with yoga students who are curious about exploring the benefits of a mind-body practice that has the potential to improve many aspects of their lives, both on and off the mat. She is passionate about encouraging students to find freedom and space in their bodies and minds through proper alignment combined with a healthy dose of creativeness.
