Kundalini Yoga is an uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices incorporating movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras, such as Sat Nam, meaning “truth is my identity.”
These workshops create psychological transformation and promote a healthy way to connect with our highest self.
