30 minute yoga -month registration
By working 30 minutes of gentle yoga a day into your routine, you can relieve back and arthritis pain, increase your energy, and find a better, happier you. Don't fall victim to your schedule. Take control of your day with quick and easy 30-minute yoga.
To hold the class I will need 4 registered students. This is an unlimited month of 30 minute yoga classes. Classes are Tuesday - Friday 4:30-5:00 pm.
