Good Vibes Yoga - The Yoga of Sound
This yoga meditation workshop is a practice of deep listening. Through the use of the live instruments of the harmonium, singing bowls, experience vibration inside and outside of the body.
We will use sound to move towards silence, just like yoga asana is the movement into stillness. The workshop will also include some gentle and basic yoga asana to move toward stillness, feeling refreshed and connected to your heart space.
Class is available on a donation basis. You may purchase your ticket here or choose to drop in and offer whatever you feel is appropriate.
