Candlelight Yoga Meditation
Candlelight Yoga & Meditation is held Mondays and Fridays 5:30-630 pm during the month of December.
Enjoy your yoga class by soft, calming candlelight. This practice is great anytime you need to gain a sense of relaxation. The movement is gentle, the music is soft, and you can really unwind at the end of the day. We focus on deep stretching and mindful breath, while the warm glow of the candles helps you to relax.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to get set up.
