I graduated from the University of Utah and Brigham Young University with degrees in dance and biological anthropology, a minor in math, and considerable research experience in linguistics and music. I have spent the past five years training pre-professionally in ballet, first at the University of Utah and Ballet West Academy, and later at BYU, where I danced with Theatre Ballet, Ballet Showcase, and a world dance company. Also in college, I trained in Pilates; taught dance to teens; and studied contemporary, modern, tap, character, and Gaga genres. I am passionate that quality dance instruction should be accessible to people of all backgrounds, and that it should offer a healthy, challenging, and fun experience.
Lynley welte
EFT Practitioner and Life Coach

Lynley Welte is a certified Progressive EFT (tapping) Practitioner and Life Coach. She fosters heart-to-heart connections so that others feel inspired; and empowered to live their life authentically. She helps women move through patterns of limiting beliefs, building a bridge to connect them to their unlimited potential. Lynley studied at the Institute of Coaching and Progressive EFT. After receiving her certification, she had the opportunity to serve several years at a meditation retreat center. Here she implemented her EFT skills, while also learning to work and coexist with others in kindness, compassion and respect. Through Lynley’s work as a coach and her spiritual practice, she creates a space where clients feel heard, safe and are excited to implement the necessary action steps to create a life of emotional freedom. Currently living in Southern Oregon, Lynley enjoys exploring the outdoors, volunteering, and living a vegan lifestyle.

Having experienced trauma and adversity in life, I have followed a path of study in psychology, human development, and childhood stress & trauma. In the beginning I was determined to somehow prevent trauma for others. During my studies, however, I came to the mindful awareness that adverse experiences & trauma can bring us into a deeper understanding of our inner and outer worlds. Seeking to make that shift within myself, Energy Healing & I found each other. I practiced Energy Healing under the guidance of Reiki Masters and experienced profound shifts in my life. Now I deeply desire to share this healing modality with others.
Energy Healing allows our spiritual, mental, emotional and physical bodies to relax, reset, re-center and recharge from the stressors of life. When we become mindful of our e-motions (energy in motion) we can consciously respond instead of unconsciously react to circumstances in our lives. This calm, clarity & mindfulness empowers us with consciously desired co-creation instead of repeating unconscious patterns. Energy Healing creates a calm, safe & secure place within ourselves, allowing us clarity & a higher perspective to co-create desired outcomes within ourselves, our lives and our ability to heal. My goal and mission is to create and hold a safe space that allows you an opportunity to remove dis-ease blockages within so you can be at home within yourself; a place of flowing ease.

Summer often tells us that as we are practicing she will be going around the room and individually helping us adjust if we need to.
