With 20 years of experience teaching movement practices and studying mindfulness, my intent is to guide students to move with steadiness, ease, pleasure and joy in a warm and welcoming environment.
My offerings include group classes, workshops, retreats, and private sessions in a variety of dance, yoga & mind body practices. I have extensive training in the dance styles of ballet, jazz, moderns, tap, hip hop and musical theater and have choreographed and directed countless dance and theatrical performances. ~ Feeling comfortable in our bodies breeds confidence and self acceptance. |
