With extensive training in ballet, jazz, modern, tap, hip-hop, and musical theater, Summer has choreographed and directed numerous performances, using movement as a tool for self-expression, healing, and connection.
Summer offers group classes, workshops, retreats, and private sessions in a warm, supportive environment. Her work fosters body awareness, confidence, and self-acceptance, guiding individuals to move with ease, pleasure, and joy.
As a counselor and movement educator, Summer weaves together movement, mindfulness, and therapeutic techniques to help individuals navigate transitions, heal from trauma, and build resilience with compassion and curiosity.
